Positioned along one of the Gold Coast’s most prestigious beachside addresses, The FINN is a boutique collection of eight half-floor luxury residences. With sweeping ocean views and premium rooftop amenities, the development speaks to elevated coastal living with an architectural edge.

Maddison House was engaged to create a compelling visual suite that captured the premium nature of the design and its beachfront context. This included internal and external 3D CGI renders, a full architectural animation, animated renders, as well as compositing and post-production. We also delivered drone video and photography to further ground the visuals in the development’s coastal setting. Each visual asset was crafted to highlight the connection between indoor spaces and the natural beachfront surrounds, supporting both off-the-plan sales and the developer’s brand vision.

The FINN launched with strong early interest, driven in part by the striking animation and high-fidelity renders. The marketing visuals were widely used across digital campaigns and contributed to a distinct visual identity that positioned the development at the top tier of the local market. The success of this campaign has reinforced Maddison House’s ongoing partnership with Crafted by Alroe across multiple projects.
