To support the pre-sales campaign, Maddison House created internal and external CGI renders, as well as drone photography and aerial videography.

The renders and aerial assets were used extensively in all buyer-facing collateral. The project was well received in the market and was praised for its modern coastal aesthetic, brought to life through our visual storytelling.
