Arden is a statement of luxury in the heart of Broadbeach. Offering 16 full-floor residences, two sub-penthouses and a grand three-level penthouse with rooftop amenities, the project combines scale, privacy and architectural refinement.

Maddison House was engaged to visually communicate Arden’s elevated offering and unique spatial experience. Our contributions included internal and external 3D CGI renders, drone photography and video.

The visuals created helped reinforce the exclusivity and scale of the residences, contributing to strong off-the-plan buyer interest. The high-quality imagery was pivotal for use across all touchpoints, from sales suite displays to online campaigns.
